ARGENTINA HIGHEST RANKS

This badge fully embroidered and was issued by A.S.I.C.D.A., an association that is a member of WFIS. It resembles older Union of Catholic Scouts of Argentina Air Scouts highest rank. Whose name I do not know. It was issued in 2009. Can anyone provide more information on the badge? I need this badge for my collection.

This is a scan of a Scouts de la Patagonia highest rank badge. I do not know the name. It was issued in 2009. The badge has a "B-P" ghosted in the middle which leads me to believe that it is called the B-P Award and it is for the Rover section. Can anyone provide more information on this badge? I need this badge for my collection.

INTER-AMERICA SCOUT REGION

Recently, I received information that a new badge system has been created by the Inter-American Region. This system was introduced around 2007. The badges are progression badges. These badges are used by many Central American and South American countries. The badge pictured below is the Highest Rank badge for Boy Scouts/Scouts and is named TRAVESIA SCOUT. There are 3 other section highest ranks. Does anyone know the name of the highest rank for the Cub section, Senior Scout section and Rover Scout section? Unknown Africa Highest Ranks

Recently I received scans of 2 badges, below, used by one or more African countries. They are both highest rank badges. I believe they were issued sometime around 1995 but can't be certain. The first badge is "SCOUT ELEPHANT". This badge is for the Senior Scout section. It is a ribbon badge. The second badge is "SCOUT LION". This badge is for the Junior Scout section. It is a ribbon badge.
