INTER-AMERICA SCOUT REGION

Recently, I received information that a new badge system has been created by the Inter-American Region. This system was introduced around 2007. The badges are progression badges. These badges are used by many Central American and South American countries. The badge pictured below is the Highest Rank badge for Boy Scouts/Scouts and is named TRAVESIA SCOUT. There are 3 other section highest ranks. Does anyone know the name of the highest rank for the Cub section, Senior Scout section and Rover Scout section?
