Recently, I traded for the highest rank badge from Indonesia. It is a ribbon badge. I think the name of this high rank is "EAGLE SCOUT" but I am not sure. I also would like to know when the badge was issued.Does anyone know what section this badge is for? I assume it is for the Boy Scout section.
